For years, I knew things I couldn’t explain...

I could feel it when something was off — in a room, a conversation, a project, a relationship. Before anything was said or done, my body would tell me. But I didn't have the language. I didn’t have the permission. And I definitely didn’t have a container for it.

So I did what high-functioning people often do. I held it all. I fixed things. I became the quiet strategist, the capable one, the person others came to for clarity they couldn’t find in themselves.

And somewhere in all that listening and holding and helping, I stopped expressing what I actually knew. I got used to filtering myself, second-guessing my insight, and waiting for the 'right time' to say what I saw.

But eventually, it broke. Not dramatically. Just quietly. Like a whispered truth that wouldn’t go away. And I realised: I’m not here to hold it all. I’m here to offer it. Simply. Clearly. In my own tone.

Now, I help others do the same. Especially those who’ve been quietly unraveling while holding everything together. The ones who feel too much, know too much, and are finally ready to speak just enough. This work isn’t about performance. It’s about remembering.
