My last day in the big smoke

No walking for me today but I did get up early to beat the queues at the credenza office and got my pilgrim passport. Since 2016 is a holy year thanks to the new Pope, it's the year of mercy, if you complete the pilgrimage, enter the cathedral from the eastern door and attend confession you will go to heaven. I did two of the three so I'm hoping that will be enough, I've got a plane to catch tomorrow so there isn't enough time to hear all my sins! I did go to mass and was lucky enough to see them swing the incense- another amazing sight.

I'm only here till 11am tomorrow and since nothing opens before 10am, tonight marks the end of my time. I'm currently having my last pilgrim meal and then off to cram my stinky clothes into a case.
